You can enter up to 50 characters of text (including spaces) you want engraved on the bottle. The following are some important guidelines for entering your text:

Precision

Enter the text exactly as you want it to be engraved on your bottle including capitalization, spelling, date format, and use of symbols:

Make sure words are spelled correctly.
Use symbols like & if you want us to use the symbol. Otherwise, spell out "and".

Line Breaks

If you want your lines of text broken in a specific place, enter a semi-colon (;) to break the line. Otherwise, we will break the text in the most logical place where possible. For example, Jeff & Laura; Bermuda; September 13, 2009 will be engraved on three lines as follows:

Jeff & Laura
Bermuda
September 13, 2009

Number of Lines

Most bottles accommodate up to 3 lines of text (2 if you are also using an image). However, some round bottles only accommodate one line of text and these will be noted on the product page of the individual bottle. If you want multiple lines of text, select a bottle with a flatter side.

Font Size

The size of the text we use for each line may vary depending on the size and shape of the bottle. Generally, the first line will be larger (such as the name of the couple/hotel) and the additional lines will be smaller (Such as the date or place). We will use our artistic license to ensure that the bottle you receive is beautiful.

Required

You are not required to engrave any text on your bottle. You can just engrave an image (leave the Bottle Text field blank) or leave the bottle blank (select 1-None in the Image field and leave the Bottle Text field blank).

Proofs

If you order 10 or more bottles, we will email you a picture of the first bottle we engrave for your approval before we mass produce it. Of course, as with all Seaside Collections products, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.
